How does it work?

Soul coaching sessions are offered in a series, typically in person. Sessions begin with cleansing and clearing your energy and creating a space for you to share what is weighing on your soul. From there, Reiki, sound healing, and subtle body energy work all release blocked energy and re-establish a nourishing flow.

Over several weeks, I will help you connect to your intuition and suggest practices that will support your re-connection to your highest self. Your personal growth will unfold over time. The change you seek will reveal itself and you will shine a little more brightly inside and out as you return to daily life!
